RETURN POLICY
If you've changed your mind, you have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return for a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@fiametta.com with your order number and “Return” in the subject line to start the return process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We ask that you ship the return within 7 days of receiving the label. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and will be subject to a quality control inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is determined worn, damaged, or unsellable.
Note on International Orders
International orders are not eligible for return at this time due to customs complexities, duties, and high-value shipping constraints.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We require detailed photos and may need the item returned for inspection. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for replacement.
NON-RETURNABLE/CUSTOM ITEMS
All custom pieces are final sale. This includes customizations like engraving, gold color, or special order sizes.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Email orders@fiametta.com with any concerns or specific exchange-related requests.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@fiametta.com.
