Shipping policy

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are fully insured and shipped via FedEx or UPS Express (2nd or 3rd Day Air) or Overnight (Next Business Day). All orders require an adult's signature upon delivery. If you prefer a different delivery method, please email us at orders@fiametta.com prior placing your order, and we will try our best to update your shipping preferences.

PROCESSING TIME

In-stock items will ship within 2-4 days. Made-to-order items will ship within 6-8 weeks. Please check the product page and your cart to see if an item is listed as in-stock or made-to-order. Custom order timelines will be quoted at time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently we only ship select products internationally via DHL and UPS. If you don't see your desired product available in your region, please contact orders@fiametta.com to see if we can arrange a special order for you.  

International orders ship DAP (duties unpaid). VAT and duties are charged by your local customs authority at delivery.

International Customs, Duties & VAT

International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs inspections. These charges are not collected by Fiametta and are not refundable.

If the customer refuses or fails to pay duties/VAT, and the carrier returns the shipment to us, the cost of return shipping, duties, and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

ORDER CHANGES

We will try our best to accommodate changes to your order as long as the order hasn’t shipped and it’s within 48 hours of placing the order. Contact orders@fiametta.com for assistance.
